365 Tickets USA announced that the global attractions ticketing platform has partnered with children’s author Marianne Schwartz and Mascot Books to release a childrens book, The Ventura’s Vacation Adventure. The book is Ms. Schwartz’ third publication with Mascot Books and her first collaboration with 365 Tickets USA.
The book follows the fictitious Ventura Family as they make plans for the annual summer vacation. According to Teresa Holden, VP of Marketing for 365 Tickets USA, “The goal of the book was to create a vehicle for parents to use that would have gentle reminders of things to consider when taking children to large public venues. Simple safety suggestions and a reminder of how kids think. We thought it would be a fun way to use the Ventura Family in an informative way.”
The author, Marianne Schwartz, has a degree in early childhood education and was a preschool teacher for 15 years. She went on to receive a degree in childhood education for grades 1-6, and then completed her graduate degree in literacy education. Marianne has two published books, Paul’s First Day of Preschool and The Long Winter, from her book series titled The Many Adventures of Preschool. Marianne teaches elementary school on Long Island where she lives with her husband, Rob, and two daughters, Jessica and Julia.
The Ventura’s Vacation Adventure will be available on August 7, 2018 with the following retailers:
