BUTLER, NJ – 365Tickets USA, announced that the global online ticket provider has expanded its offerings with LEGOLAND to now include the LEGOLAND Discovery Centers. These indoor family attractions are operated by the British leisure group Merlin Entertainments. Merging family fun with education and interaction, they feature models and attractions inspired by the LEGO building toys and are in some ways smaller versions of the LEGOLAND theme parks located around the world.
A typical LEGOLAND Discovery Center is approximately 30,000–35,000 square feet and includes models of local landmarks rendered in LEGO bricks. Visitors can also learn how the LEGO bricks are manufactured or participate in building classes taught by the Master Model Builder. Certain locations may also include 4-D movie theatres offering multiple showings throughout the day.
There are a number of children’s attractions, such as small rides and play fortresses, available as well restaurants and gift shops selling LEGO merchandise.
