Upon arrival for the tour, parking is plentiful. There are a few different ways to get tickets for the tour but the best way is through advance reservations. The tour is for ages 8 and up, but Warner Brother’s might be launching a kid’s tour in 2018!
When you start the tour, you’ll enjoy one backlot after the next, and hear the history of how Warner Brothers got started. If you have young teens, they might recognize the area of Rosewood, PA where young teen Alison goes missing from Pretty Little Liars or you might see the famous Luke’s Diner from Gilmore Girls.
The tour takes three hours, so wear comfortable clothing and dress for the weather. Each tour consists of combined walking, a trolley, and time for exploring on your own. Photos are allowed most of the time, but be aware that there are certain places where photography is not allowed.
Some of the stops featured on the tour include the prop department, the wardrobe department, Warner Brother’s biggest soundstage, the car garage, and much more.
As you journey along the tour, you’ll visit a few indoor soundstages. The host of your tour will often take you to an empty soundstage. You will also have time to explore the DC Universe exhibit where guests get up close and personal with costumes, props, and sets from the DC films.
Coming soon to the Warner Brother’s tour will be a brand new Wonder Woman exhibit, which will replace the DC films exhibit. This exhibit will also feature costumes, props, and set pieces for all to see.
For those who have seen and enjoyed the hit TV shoe Friends, you will get a chance to see what it was like to be Ross, Matthew, Rachel, Joey, Chandler, Phoebe and Monica as you sit on the couch at Central Perk Café! Yes, the Friends iconic café is there and you really can sit on the couch!
Keep your eyes peeled on the tour. Warner Brother’s is a very active working set. Recently Ellen DeGeneres was seen walking to her car. You may also see movie scenes being shot. There is nothing quite like the spark of cinema magic when it’s seen in person.
